Key Purpose
The Wealth Management Learnership equips participants with the skills and experience needed to excel in financial services. Successful candidates will provide administrative and support services to various business teams, gaining exposure to wealth management operations while working toward a recognized NQF Level 5 qualification.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records and statistics for queries received and resolved
-
Coordinate administration and route tasks/queries to appropriate departments and consultants
-
Manage mailboxes and respond to queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
-
Handle comprehensive query management
-
Log IT requests for call retrievals and assist with retrieving call recordings
-
Identify and escalate potential sales opportunities
Requirements

Education:
-
Grade 12 (Matric) with:
-
Maths: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
-
English: Minimum Level 4 (50%)

Maths Literacy: Minimum Level 5 (60%)

Second Language: Minimum Level 4 (50%)

Incomplete tertiary financial qualification (advantageous)

Specific Requirements:

Aged 18–30 years

Not engaged in post-Matric studies or formal employment

No previous learnership completed
-
South African citizen by birth

Basic computer skills (MS Excel and MS Outlook)

Effective written and verbal English communication skills
