Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Examination Assistants (District & Head Offices)
- Receive, check, control, and scan scripts daily, ensuring accurate packing for marking venues.
- Verify the correct number of scripts and marksheets per batch, subject, paper, and examination session.
- Address discrepancies in script counts and ensure proper documentation.
- Tag and pack scripts with correct marking venue labels and MP Flow control lists.
- Create and manage marking centre files for dispatched scripts.
- Assist with dispatching scripts to marking venues.
- Index and archive scripts after marking for easy retrieval.
Quality Assurers (Marking Centres)
- Receive, control, and distribute scripts to marking teams.
- Ensure accurate marking by verifying that all questions are marked, marks are correctly added, and transferred to the script’s front cover and marksheet.
- Address discrepancies in marks and ensure amendments are made by marking teams.
- Reconcile and arrange scripts per subject, paper, and numerically for archival after marking.
