Job Description
As an iMVULA Security Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and security of clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular patrols to monitor premises and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Operating surveillance equipment and responding quickly to alarms and any suspicious activity.
• Writing detailed incident reports and working with team members to address security concerns.
• Assisting in resolving conflicts and maintaining a secure environment.

Requirements

• Education: Security Guard Training Certification is preferred.
• Experience: Previous security officer experience is an advantage.
• Professional Certifications:
  • First Aid Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Fire Safety Training Certification

Core Skills & Competencies:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
• Technical Skills: Competent in using computers (MS Office Suite).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate well with others.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing security issues.
• Attention to Detail: Diligent in monitoring and reporting.
