Responsibilities

As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and comfort in our 4/5-star hotel. Your duties will include:

• Cleaning and tidying guest rooms to meet high hotel standards.

• Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.

• Dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.

• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure hygiene.

• Replenishing towels, toiletries, and other supplies.

• Reporting maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Adhering to hotel safety and security protocols.

• Providing exceptional customer service to guests.

• Assisting with special cleaning projects as required.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Hotel Room Attendant in a 4/5-star hotel (preferred).

• Skills:

  • Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and procedures.

  • Excellent attention to detail and efficiency.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Attributes:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Physical stamina to handle demanding cleaning tasks.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
