As a Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of iStore, delivering exceptional customer service and guiding Apple enthusiasts to the right solutions. With a retail footprint of over 30 physical and online stores, iStore offers a dynamic environment to grow your skills in a flexible role requiring 108–138 hours per month. Requirements

• Completed Matric (Grade 12)
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Passion for Apple products and technology
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Customer focus and relationship-building
  • Clear and impactful communication (verbal and written)
  • Situational awareness and proactive attitude
  • Tenacity and enthusiasm in achieving results
  • Ability to handle challenges with excellence

• Greet customers and ensure efficient service direction
• Discover and address customer needs with tailored solutions
• Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment
• Assist with customer queries and product demonstrations
• Support team efforts to enhance the iStore experience
