This programme forms part of the “One Learner, One Property Practitioner” initiative, aimed at empowering individuals to build careers as qualified property practitioners.

 Programme Overview

Successful applicants will be enrolled in:

• 📘 Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4)
• 🧾 Preparation for the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4)

This ensures that participants gain both practical experience and a recognized qualification in the real estate sector.

 Stipend & Duration

• Monthly Stipend: R5 500
• Duration: 12 Months

 Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• ✅ Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
• ✅ Youth and/or women are strongly encouraged to apply

• ✅ Must be based in Mpumalanga (verification will be conducted)
