General Assistant

We are looking for a General Assistant / Delivery Driver to join our team.
Cape Town
Requirements:
· Must be mature and professional and reliable
· Must be highly customer orientated
· Must be of sober habits and hard working
· Must be friendly, well mannered and well groomed
· Must be familiar with Cape Town and surrounds
· No criminal record or traffic violations
· Valid and up to date code 8 drivers license
· Contactable references
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· The safe and timely delivery and collection of goods
· Assisting with the wrapping and preparation of goods for delivery or shipping
· Assisting with plant ups
· Moving and lifting of heavy stock items
· Merchandising and packing shelves
· Other in-store duties will be assigned to you
Assisting clients
Background checks will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
You will be required to work 6 days a week – Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 5pm and Saturdays from 08:30 – 2pm. Sundays off.
Salary – R6000 per month
This is a contract position that can lead to full time based on performance.
