Role Purpose
Oversee the client services team to ensure effective and consistent client service delivery.
Requirements
Grade 12
3 years Financial Services experience
2 years managerial experience
Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor and manage resource allocation to ensure workload distribution and client service continuity.
Review performance target in line with business objectives and realities to ensure optimal performance is maintained.
Engage with team to increase quality and client satisfaction.
Develop processes and procedures to increase effectiveness and quality of client service, and to recommend proactive on going improvement initiatives.
Ensure quality standards of all client interactions in area of responsibly to enhance client experience.
Gather and analyse information and compile relevant reports.
Manage the achievement of client service standards in line with agreed targets.
Effectively manage all day-to-day team activities and escalations.
Conduct regular engagements with team members to cascade information and team objectives.
Make recommendations to optimise client service and service delivery.
