Waiters Needed :
West Café is situated in a an up market area in Pretoria East.
West Café is an extension of the brand of Famous Bernice West and Renier Vander Westhuizen from “Rooksein”.
West Café is looking for a dynamic individuals who is capable upholding our Brand identity and willing to assist us to grow the brand into its envisioned end result.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver & maintain excellent quality in terms of Service
* Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, orders and queries
*Be able to keep a close eye on client needs and wants in terms of service and se
* Have flexibility in terms of working hours
* Be available over weekends and public holidays
(Must be available over weekends)
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS:
* This person will be for employment in a position of trust and honesty
* Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
* Strong attentions to detail and ability to review people to ensure we meet their needs
* Self-motivated
* Good time-management skills
*At least 6 months experience as a Waiter or similar customer facing role
REQUIREMENTS:
* Matric / Grade 12 certificate
*Part time Students will alo be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R100.00 – R1,200.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
