About the Learnership

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- No previous work experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and work in a customer-focused environment
To qualify under the INSETA learnership requirements, applicants must also:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be unemployed for the past six months
- Not have participated in an INSETA learnership previously
