Stipend: Approximately R8,500 per month
Qualification: NQF Level 4 banking qualification

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Be approximately 18–35 years old
- No previous work experience required
- Basic numerical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A willingness to learn and work with customers
What Will Learners Do?
Successful candidates will gain practical experience in a Capitec branch while completing structured learning. Duties may include welcoming clients, helping manage queues, assisting customers at ATMs and guiding clients in using remote and self-service banking channels.
The programme is designed to build foundational banking and customer-service skills that can support progression toward future service-consulting roles.
