Minimum Requirements

What Will You Be Doing?
Depending on the department and position you’re placed in, responsibilities may include assisting customers with product information, stocking and rotating merchandise, keeping displays organised, checking product quality and pricing, removing expired products, preventing stock losses and maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards.
Employees may also be required to maintain the cold chain where applicable and follow Pick n Pay’s security and operating procedures.
Customer Service
Customer service forms an important part of these positions. Employees are expected to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management while helping create a consistent shopping experience.
Applicants should therefore be comfortable working with people and assisting customers in a busy retail environment.
